We’re “only” past the halfway point of 2017, and I’ve yet to share the events I’ll be attending this year. The good news is neither has happened yet! Yes, I’m only at two officially, but I’m gearing up for more in 2018 now that I’m back in the game full-force. So this year, I’ll be here: Once Upon a Book – Aug. 11-12 Frankenmuth, MI Penned Con – Sept. 28-30 St. Louis, MO In 2018, I’m currently signed up for: Talkbook Author Event – April 14 Boston, MA Penned Con – Sept. 20-22 St. Louis, MO I’m working on adding … Continue reading

In the midst of brainstorming, outlining, and writing, along with wading through pictures of my Summer 2015 Tour to share with you, I’ve been planning my next trip. At the end of this month, The Man, the fur-babies, and I embark on the road going west. Our ultimate destination is Palm Springs for InD’Scribe Reader and Author Con. I’m so excited to get to the west coast! Will I see you there? If so, here’s a pre-order form. We’ll have some stops along the way, including Phoenix, where I’ll be doing an Author Hangout with readers. We had tons of … Continue reading
The Summer 2015 Author Tour has been amazing so far. I’ve met new readers as well as people I’ve known for years online but just not had the opportunity to meet in person. I’ve given gifts and received gifts. And we’ve all had a blast (at least, I hope everyone else has had fun!). I’ve had a last minute addition to the tour. The Southwest Regional Library in Louisville has invited me to do a hangout at their library, and of course I said yes! So if you’re in the Louisville area, please come and join us. Here are the details: When: … Continue reading

Not everyone gets the opportunity to go to a big book conference or author signing. I understand how frustrating and disappointing it is when they’re not near you or you just can’t go for one reason or another. Because of this, I’ve decided to do some author hangouts with readers in the places where I’ll be traveling. I am so freakin’ excited to announce the ones for this summer. Maybe you can join us! We’ll be talking about books and characters, getting a hint at what’s next, having a Q&A session, signing books and stuff, winning prizes, and eating yummies. I might … Continue reading

A couple of weeks ago, I announced in my newsletter that The Man and I had bought this get-up. Awesome, yeah? Well, there’s a plan behind this major purchase. I have several author/reader conferences this summer and several more to come next year and beyond. But I understand that many people can’t make it to these events for various reasons, so I thought, “Hey, maybe I can come to you!” Since I’ll be on the road anyway, why not see what readers are in the areas I’ll be in so we can plan a get-together? This is a chance for you, your … Continue reading
