It’s been a long time since I’ve had a Writer Wednesday, which features writers I think you should know or shares tips and information about writing and publishing. I’m excited to have one today. Please welcome Yelena Casale, who has written a guest post for us as she and co-author Tina Moss celebrate the release of their new novel, A Touch of Darkness. On Mythology By Yelena Casale When we sat down to write an urban fantasy novel, we both agreed that we wanted to explore the angel and demon mythology and find new twists in it. We wanted to … Continue reading

We’re getting a little spicy today for Writer Wednesday! Valkyrie Slumbering, L. VanHorn’s erotic fantasy set in Iceland, has released! To celebrate, she’s dropping by with an excerpt to share with us. If you enjoy Norse legends, fantasy, or just a steamy read, then this one is for you! Have a safe … Continue reading

There’s still much work to do. I’ll be sharing my revision and editing process with you over the next several weeks. For readers, beginning Monday, December 10th, and going through Friday, … Continue reading

This week, in preparation for Thanksgiving tomorrow, I’ve been sharing something each day that I’m thankful for. Today, I want to give thanks for my gift as a writer. It’s difficult for me to say “talent” or even “ability,” because those seem to require quantifying, which I can’t do. But I can say that I’ve been given a gift. That writing is the thing God has given me to contribute to this world. It’s something I enjoy doing and others are willing to pay me to do, whether with money (so I can pay my bills) or with appreciation and … Continue reading
