I made it home from England a week ago and now I’m packing up again. Time to head off to Kansas City for the RT Booklovers Convention! I attended this con last year and absolutely loved all of the interaction with authors, bloggers, readers, agents, publishers, etc. It truly is a convention of book lovers – my favorite kind of people. This post should have gone up a long time ago, as in when I first returned from RT a few weeks ago, but there’s been so much going on. For one, I was waaaaaay behind deadline for finishing the first draft of Book 4. I’ve been completely focused on getting that done since I’ve been home, at the detriment to everything else (just ask my family). But I’m done now. Book 4 is written. Woohoo! Just dropping in to say a quick “hi”! I’m still trying to get back to normal after the chaotically fun RT Booklovers Convention in Chicago last week, followed by some craziness at the day-job, including a one-night trip to Miami this week. Since I’ve been somewhat dark here on the blog, I have a bit of catching up to do. There’s a lot to share, so this is just to get us started. More to come later. First off, I hope you had a Happy Easter! It’s such a special day for my beliefs so I find it hard to “celebrate” it appropriately.
