Not only is tomorrow Halloween, tomorrow is also the last day of the month. This fact means more to me than even the holiday, especially as my kids are grown and Halloween just isn’t as much fun as it used to be around here. First off, it’s the last day of sanity. October is the awareness month for two causes very important to me – Domestic Violence and Breast Cancer. Over the summer, we raised nearly $2,000 for The National Domestic Violence Hotline. I’m hoping we can meet or beat that between the two causes this month.
